- ダイアリー。開始時のデータを設定してください。最重要タブの１つ「ダイアリー」で、あなたを歓迎します。このタブには次のような機能があります：線形カレンダー, カロリー、プロテイン、脂質、炭水化物、水の摂取量のデイリートラッカー, 水消費チェックイン, 朝食、間食、昼食、夕食
- 食事プラン。「食事プラン」スクリーンに切り替え、すぐに作れる食事をお楽しみください。
- 高性能「ショッピングリスト」も、とても役立つツールです。商品をグループ分けしてください。すべてを野菜、果物などに分類するだけです。食べ物を買うときに、もう困惑はありません。
- アクティビティ。一定期間中の、体重、カロリー、プロテイン、脂質、炭水化物、水の摂取量の変化について、有益な分析結果をスクリーンが可視化します。
- レシピ。アプリ中のすべてのレシピを確認できます。タグで食事を検索できる可能性は驚くほど価値があります。材料を入力すれば、その材料が含まれるレシピがすべて示されます。
- ブログ。このタブでは、定期的に最新情報に更新されている記事を確認できます。健康に関するあらゆるトピックが扱われています。これらのトピックについて、他のコミュニティメンバーとここで自由に話し合ってください。

お支払いは購入確認時にiTunesのアカウントに課金されます。
- 無料トライアルのサブスクリプションは、サブスクリプション更新の24時間前までにキャンセルされない限り自動で更新されます
- 自動更新が、現在の登録期間の終了の少なくとも24時間前にオフになっていない限り、登録は自動的に更新されます
- 無料トライアル期間の未使用の期間が発生した場合、その期間はユーザーがそのパブリケーションのサブスクリプションを購入した際に失われます
- ご購入後にユーザーのアカウント設定に行くと、サブスクリプションの管理が行え、自動更新をオフにすることが出来ます

It’s a good app
It encourages whatever diet plan you put in and it makes it easy to follow by telling you all sorts of things that make usually complicated things very easy. I like that it has recipes to give you as well.
