Digi Yatra

As per a news report, income tax department is using Digi Yatra data to track travel history and send IT notices. The app has huge data privacy concerns. Do not use it.

The new UI is tacky and amateurish. The fact that the upgrade does not have existing credentials stored and users have to add them again is unprofessional and stupid. Similarly time was wasted when the last upgrade happened earlier in 2024. Just because it performs an important function, does not mean the developers and DigiYatra Foundation should be allowed to get away with a tacky product. Is there no accountability or standards applied to them?! Shameful. Deleting the app and encouraging others to do so as well.

Unnecessary inclusion of flash videos/pop ups

The wrap is not closing automatically, and it is a huge discomfort when we need to use it at the gate

I was in hurry and the app just started a force update. Otherwise I would have given 5 star for all the convenience. Also Instead of hotel and cab menu pls have a way to find if the airport in the current city has DigiYatra or not and what’s the current working condition and rush.

If u press on scan boarding pass and u decide to cancel, no option available…u just sit there and can’t go back…lousy cheesy thingy

While trying to log in I was unable to punch keys for my phone number.

Excellent Application

Very bad experience, I trying to login many times, but when checking opt on sms screen will change to renter addhar card, same approach as useless other Government app, very disappointing,

I am not getting OTP on my mobile number for completing the registration after downloading the new App. I even sent an email to the DigiYatra support team but haven’t received any revert yet.
