App crash
My app is crashing since the latest update, please help to resolve asap. I have important transfers to do and the app has been crashing. It’s not even opening, just direct crash on launch.

Very very poor service
Very pathetic service provided by this bank . Do not open any type of account in this bank . There will be not proper responding from support team and some other services only possible through app only. Not available in bank branch. This is very ridiculous. Am taking personal loan from this bank and am trying to foreclosure. But in app there is getting servers issue. And this bank take almost 1 month for solve this . And this is not provided this option to brach . How’s this service? And after 1 month loan was close but its not provided me closing documents upto 5 days. Am very irritated with this bank service and now am close this bank account.

Too much, too often release of app update
Most of the time I have to use the app only after giving an update. Very exhausting and unwilling to use the app often. Writing this app after my monthly update to app now. It’s very inconvenient to use the app and not so good user interface after update. Eating a lot of time.

Non-existent customer support
Bank employees and developers of this app are so mechanical in their replies that they don’t even try to understand what issue has been stated in the ticket. If we write about a particular option not working in the app, they want a screenshot! Excuse me? Screenshot can be given if something works in a wrong way but how can I show you that some buttons in the app do not work at all? I’ve mentioned the names of the non-functioning icons/buttons. What else is required?
The buttons to invest withdraw in digiportfolio is not working.
I am using digibank for many years now. I am also investing using digi portfolio. But recently I noticed that I can’t use the buttons to invest, rebalance or withdraw in the digi portfolio. I also tried to contact customer service. But that is also not working. Please fix this issue asap.
Worst bank (DBS)
My account is been freezed from past 12 days and no one is helping me with in the bank moreover the customer care is also unable to respond to the issue.
Very good bank application to use smoothly
I’m using digi bank application since 5 years and I can make my payment very fast and easy way without any problems. Even the app is very easy to use without any problems.
