Doesn’t work

This app doesn’t let me login to the Dutch Revenue Services website, as the app won’t let me login.

Ridiculous! Impossible to reset password. What is this thing for anyway? Deleting.

Very difficult to register

This app is near impossible to register.

Mostly missing the mark

It takes multiple attempts to get it done only to be notified later that the documents are rejected. Difficult to work with passports with lamination due to glare. The service is unreliable as well with code “green dragon” .. whatever it means. The app quality needs to improve a lot to be useful.

Disaster to get through their process. The customer service is non existent.

Horrific experience

No one to speak to

I didn’t like the system because it took several attempts for me to get verified and I couldn’t be any one to ask questions or for help. There will be standard questions and answers which were irrelevant. Employee more staff to chat with and offer genuine help to your customers 24/7 since you offer a global service.

Useless

Not much can be done from the app. Might as well use the site.

App identification not working

After uploading document, website keeps on refreshing returning to same page instead of next step.

Terrible technology!!
