Worst experience my money got stuck

Worst experience no customer support seems fraudlent i had buy gold from this app so after 2-3 days i sold that stock but my amount is not yet settled they already take more than a weeks time no one take any responsibility and who is handling their Instagram and linkdin account they are always telling lies kindly be aware of such situations

Scam

Worst app for purchasing or selling online gold… They take 6-7days to settle the gold sold… To verify also they take alot of time….. There are lots of other genuine app which provide instant transaction go for it guys…. This is big scam to hold our money for 6-7days

Fake app!

This app is fake! It has been more than 2 months and I haven’t received my money in my bank account yet. The customer care number is not reachable now! Do not invest through this app! Check reviews online, many people have reported against this app. I’m soon filing a case against this company through SEBI.

Fake App, stay away

One of the worst app I have ever seen. Purchased gold on 31st December 2023. Amount debited from account but gold not credited. It took 4 days to get the credit. Sold gold and silver on 8th Jan 2024. Till today on 19th Jan 2024 no credit after 11 days. No response to my emails. Number published doesn’t exist. A completely fake company and fake app. Don’t ever invest through this app. App Store should remove the app immediately.

Unable to add bank account

I am unable to add bank account. When I try to add bank account details it says I must have 1 gm gold or 10gm silver I have 1 gm gold even then it says unable to add bank account details Sent mails no response tried calling phone is off don’t know how to get my money back

Regarding Kyc

I cant enter my pan details . It says invalid pan . Nice strategy . While buying gold it does not ask anything like kyc details . But for selling or delivery it says to complete kyc . My 5gm gold is stuck on this app . And worst customer service

Fake application

Hi, I have withdrawn the amount from my holdings but it’s been a month my money is not credited to my bank account. Then I contacted customer support but no response. PLEASE DONT DEPOSIT ANYAMOUNT
