DigiLocker is a key initiative under Digital India, the Government of India's flagship program aimed at transforming India into a digitally empowered society and knowledge economy. Targeted at the idea of paperless governance, DigiLocker is a platform for issuance and verification of documents & certificates in a digital way, thus eliminating the use of physical documents. The DigiLocker website can be accessed at https://digitallocker.gov.in/.

I always get 403 dorbidden error. Is not available in US? How can i access in US?

Can not even create the login, so don’t know it this app still exist or it’s gone it gives error when try to create id or sign in.

Need alternative to open it

They ask for otp while trying to open, even though I have security pin, it doesn't let me open it. I live in USA and want to access my doc but cant do it because my number is back in india. Really irritating

Aadhar card issuance failes with cancelled message

On my iPhone ( latest OS version - 16.5.1 ), if I try to retrieve my Aadhar card , it fails to send me an OTP amd cancelled error message is shown. How to fix this ? We tried from 2 different iphones and it is the same issue.

Unable to log in

Unable to login as can’t remember my 6 digit passcode. Tried to re-set doesn’t work. Rubbish app . No option to contact any customer service representative to solve the issue

iPhone version is buggy

Tried using the iPhone version to access the PAN and Aadhar card; it didn’t work despite deleting the app and logging again.

I am not even able to create account, it says no internet connection? Lol. I tried both iOS and android versions both are bad. What can we expect from government!
