Best music app

Great people who are new and old it’s easy to use and you can find al lot of information on it

Terrible

Marco Ferreri on

Belgium

This used to be a great app, in the recordstore you could always check if a specific record was in your collection or not, awesome! But not anymore. If you want to check your collection or wantlist, the app has to load it again and again, even if you check it 5 minutes after downloading your whole collection. It’s very frustrating. This wasn’t the case before. You could always check your collection in seconds. Now it takes minutes, several times a day. The login is also rubbish, every week I have to login again and again and again…. Unbelievable for a company earning so much money on record collectors.

A good channel to buy through

Dargo_X1 on

A strong search engine guides you in the search of te record you are looking for. Payments go smoothly. And with great satisfaction in collection your music. You have the possibility of creating a library of the albums already required and those you’re still looking for. Only downside are some of the sellers a bad. Look critically at the reviews, because standard only the good reviews are shown. Discogs do intermediaries between seller and buyer. Although that is a lengthy proces. So for 90% of the time it’s safe hunting.

I have to log in every 2 weeks or so. My account is linked to my Google account, and most of the time, there is an error (Something went wrong) blocking the access to my account.

Login to the app and on web page is a joke

Kherberos on

This app and service are a joke ! I am using the app with Apple login … not working. Tried password login, tried recovery with account name and never received email. I tried recreate a new account with Apple login … and this logged me in my account… This is a joke ! So my account still exist but I can only access it by using the « Create new account » button I then tried login directly on the web page … either User name and password or Login with Apple or « Create new account » nothing works … i get « login failed » This is a joke ! Why is there a login with Account name and password AND login with Apple ID ? what s the difference … I suspect Discogs completely messed the login process using either « login/password »or Social media login. This is a joke ! This is not good since the time taken to create a collection maybe completely lost if login is not possible or account is lost. And you cannot export the collection to save it … This is a joke ! Btw managing the collection on the app is not very easy, I could find a way to create a new folder after the collection is created. That s why I tried to log on the web, to see if better tools where available than the app .. but login on the web is impossible. This all thing is a big big joke !

Tried Apple with fingerprint, Google with password en E-mai with password. Impossible to log in to my collection. Sorry, this is very for amateurs, not a company like yours.

Fix your login flow. This is amateur hour for a company like Discogs.

45 tours

Michel Péchèr on

Belgium
