You have been my primary bank for so many years since high school. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate your wonderful customer service and nice looking UI experience. Please do not allow the merge with Capital One as us customers fear the same quality assurance will no longer be applied. Even if you do not respond, please take my comment into consideration. Thank you for being a good online bank. Who needs traditional branches anyways!
I do not have a large amount of debt and I applied for Discover because of the balance transfer and cash back from purchases benefits. Discover made it quick and easy to get approved and I am very grateful for this opportunity to increase my credit score by consolidating my debt and paying less interest going forward.

This app leaves a lot to be desired. For starters, functionality is hit or miss as every other day attempts to access the site’s features can be a futile endeavor in and of itself. There are various features that could be improved upon including app design. With all these so-called fixes every other week one would think that this app has the tools to function normally and optimally. As a banking tool it does its job. But sometimes I have the feeling the app tries to function as more than just a banking app and that’s where it fails, trying to do more than what it was designed to do when the app either crashes or I get a prompt telling me that “Some features are not available at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.” And this would be after I have been prompted with verification codes to access content or features that the app is supposed to be able to provide. Just do better and get rid of useless features.

Excellent credit card I love it. But I don’t want my banking with my credit card. I don’t like the fact that I don’t choose to bank with my credit card. I love my Discovery credit card it is the only one I use I don’t like the fact I can’t get into my account to check my purchased I don’t understand why I can’t check my account on line and pay my bill

Discover takes care of you!! I got 7 credit cards and Discover is the only one that will give you credit line increases when you ask for them!!
I love my discover student card, I’ve been building up my credit for about a month and I’ve really loved the benefits! But the app needs some serious work. It is impossible to hit the back arrows on my Iphone XR. You can’t swipe back to the last page either. It’s very annoying having to close out of the app every time I want to go back to a page!
