Why am I not getting regular content but hotstar? I don’t like it!

Kindly fix your app it doesn’t play any movies at all. It always says UNABLE TO CONNECT THERE WAS AN ISSUE CONNECTING WITH OUR SERVICE. PLEASE RESTART YOUR DEVICE AND TRY AGAIN. Like hello I already did that it’s not helping me at all. Fix it!

I made the mistake of taking an annual family subscription for this app. 3 of the TVs in my house can’t use it because it’s not compatible with a FireStick. They can only watch on their tiny mobile devices instead of the big screen. I can watch on the big screen with my Apple TV but not when I’m out of wifi range because I use an ESIM. You can only watch when connected to a cellular network in the country you are in, which means you also can’t watch anything when travelling and using cellular. Even when I downloaded some shows and tried to access via cellular - not possible. I’m logged into the app and can’t back in using my eSIM. Customer service was prompt and polite but useless - didn’t even offer me a cancellation option given all the issues. I recommend Prime Video or Netflix, which are apps with well considered and versatile features.

how do i change the country code because i want to change it to 971 instead of 63+,

I love disney plus because it has most of the 90’s film that i love. I hadnt watched some of them so it was nice that I can accessed it on dianey. I been trying to find it from other streaming platform but thank God I found disney.

Such a waste. You cannot play your download movies offline on this app.

Episodes are not loading even with a fast internet. I had to restart a few times. (2) the app does not save where you left off on the titles you are watching. So inconvenient to use this app. Hope you can fix this.
