Frustrating
I think at the very least, clear instructions on how to use this app would be useful. I tried googling the site with no joy _all it has is a collection of people who rave about the software and the author in turn reveling on the epiphanies he's had along the way. For new buyers it is frustrating to desperately find ways of navigating through a fairly complex package with nothing more than the author and his cronies back patting each other on the back on a job well done. Get real guys. Include a set of instructions -at the very least, or warn prospective buyers that this app comes with no instructions and no way of contacting the author. I am an ex navigator at sea and have a good grasp of astro navigation - what is disappointing is that there is no doubt that the app is a Good one _ I just wish the author hadn't chosen to make this such an exclusive club. Cheers
Excellent
Distant suns is an excellent tool for enthusiastic observers of the night sky. I especially like the feature to fly around the solar system and see the planets and their moons close up. It would be nice to see the dwarf moons and space missions too, e.g. Where are the Voyager crafts now?
