App is not updated frequently for any improvement. As mentioned by other users app will not send any email or text confirmation of your payments. You have to wait for 24 hours to see if your payment was processed. Horribly slow to schedule payment. Can't see or confirm if you have scheduled payment more than once. Security also appears to be very week. Overall bad application design and users experience is worst.
Can’t even log in. At least everyone else gets to complain about payments posting late.
This was briefly exciting, but ultimately disappointing. The mobile app appears to be incompatible with the core service’s database, as it insisted that my email & phone number did not exist in their records. Unfortunately, this fits with the extremely painful user experience of the core service, as well. I will absolutely never use this service again & vocally caution others against it, as well. Shame on Home Depot for partnering with this provider.
I can’t log in to the app. I’m logged in to the website and the app says I don’t exist.
I forgot my password & have reset my password through the “forgot password.” Although it says I have successfully reset my password, the app does not recognize the updated password. I had to create a new account with another email address & my work cell. Now, I can’t change my work cell to my personal cell number because it is connected to the original account I’m locked out of and can’t get into. Ugh!
Not sure where to start on this one. Nothing seems to be working or coordinated in any way with their website. Have been a customer for months and log onto the website regularly to check payments and balance. Not only do the same login credentials not work on this app, but they don’t even seem to match the format of the website (website uses username, not email address like the app). Even if I try to change password or set up a new account it claims my account, email, and phone numbers don’t exist in their system. Not sure why they even bother advertising the app on the website if it’s impossible to set up app access when you’re already a customer. Complete miss on the app, Dividend. Hope this changes in future.
Same issues as everyone else. they need to update the app. i’ll make a payment and it won’t show anywhere. it doesn’t notify me with a text, email and the app doesn’t update. you have to hope that the payment actually went through. it can take up to 3 days for it to be processed and added to your account. i’ve paid multiple times one month because it didn’t show i paid and the money never came out of my account until 2-3 days later. this app is awful!!!!!
It hasn’t worked for a month. Customer service is useless
The app doesn’t work, it just doesn’t let you login. Just as was stated before, this app utilizes your email address, while the website utilizes a user name. If you are unfortunate enough to have signed up with Dividend finance, either don’t, or just don’t use this app. At the time of this review, there have been no replies from the developer; so either Dividend doesn’t care, or the subcontractor doesn’t care. Either way it’s a lose lose.
