Not working! My phone’s bluetooth is connected to the gimbal it’s still not opening the camera in the dji go app. Really disappointed. Pathetic app.

Hi team, I am facing connectivity issues where my phone xs is able connect to the gimbal via Bluetooth settings, whereas when I open the dji app it’s stating the device is yet to be connected… tried removing the device and pairing the device again but the issue still remains… Looking forward to fix this issue..

Keeps asking me to turn on Bluetooth even though it’s already on. Tried restarting the gimbal, the iPhone, switched off Bluetooth and turned back on again. Nothing works

My Osmo mobile 2 works just fine and it connect with the phone bluetooth in phone settings and also shows up in apps like filmic pro via Bluetooth. It is not detected by the Dji Go app, even when the device is already connected to the phone via Bluetooth. My device is iPhone 7 Plus. Phone works great. Its the DJI Go app that doesn’t connect. Please help me fix this at the earliest.

Crashes during panorama photo stitch

When using with osmo mobile 2, It takes pictures andcrhen when it is stitching panorama, at the last moment the app crashes. Repeatedly happening. Kindly resolve the issue.
