DJI GO Reviews

Worthless. Doesn’t support iphone 12. I can’t use this gimball anymore

It outrageous that a product becomes worthless after just 3 years

No longer works!

jansmits01 on

This app no longer works and is not updated! DJI does not care about it’s customers. Not one reply from them to any customer experiencing issues. Their motto…if it does not work…buy a new one and raise our profits!

App useless after update

Rob Nauta on

Netherlands

App keeps teling me no connection, ‘turn on bluetooth’ etc etc. App and device are useless now. When is DJI going to fix this? If not please give me my money back for the Osmo mobile.

Useless with iPhone 13 Pro

mdd1999 on

App won’t connect, tried every FAQ / Reddit post / YouTube tutorial I could find to solve the issue… manufacturer can’t seem to help me either so now it’s just an expensive brick

Bluetooth won’t connect

poespito on

Netherlands

I have the same problem as countdowner. Strange that dji doesn’t solve the problem.

Osmo mobile does work

Nous dit on

Netherlands

Osmo mobile doesn’t work. Bluetooth connected but app does nothing with iPhone 12 Pro or 13 pro

App no longer works

Giordino on

Netherlands

The app no longer connects the Osmo Mobile 2 with my iPhone 11 (latest iOS 14 version), keeps saying Bluetooth needs to be enabled which is enabled. Deleting the Osmo as Bluetooth device and pair again doesn’t help. Judging by the reviews this has been going on for months, without a single reaction from the developers! Seems that my Osmo Mobile 2 is just an expensive piece of e-waste, shame on you DJI!

NOT WORKING!!!

Turn on Bluetooth… which clearly is. Osmo 2 is useless now. Will never buy from them again!

Fix the damn app

Remco Douma on

Netherlands

Really, the Bluetooth on my phone is on, DJI.
