This app is a piece of junk. It doesn’t log into Ancestry. It doesn’t even appear to try. Total waste of time.

Does not let me log into ancestry account. It keeps saying that it cant be decoded and that its in the incorrect format. I want my $19.99 BACK

It won’t even log in to ancestry. I get error that my user name and pe is not in the correct format. Doesn’t matter if I use auto fill or manual entry. Don’t bother as it’s a scam. I’m surprised it’s even allowed in the App Store.

I thought this was fee free. Seems like a bait and switch.

Prices should have been front and center, not hidden.

How do I cancel? I only want to pay for one month.

Logged into one Ancestry account, and was able to download matches and perform clustering - worked as described. Tried a second login (to use a different tester’s kit, to get their matches) and the app crashed. Tried the usual steps (logging out and back in, powering off the iPad, unloading and reloading the app), none worked. Emailed the developer directly to get some suggestions, no response.

Do not waste your money on this tool. It does nothing for you that a copy and past from ancestry will give you. You can’t even download the strings of matches from this tool into a file that you can use in a spreadsheet. All the other tools did not work with my data.

Paid for a month and tried it first day of download. Was able to build a couple trees. But the program did not add as many people to the tree as the tree I was building from. Tried again the next day and have only gotten errors since. Waste of money. Only got one star because you have to click a star. No support for this app.

Bought a month subscription to do surname searches. Didn’t work the whole time. Tried three contact avenues to see if I could get a free month to make up for it, with no response. Helpful when it works.
