I don't need to wade through paper files and health programs any more to find my immunization records! Hurrah!
Doesn’t have State Covid vaccination data
Application does not capture Covid 19 vaccinations information for the first and second vaccinations. The support team tried their best but were no help getting the data into the app.

Wrong Person
I have used Docket in the past and worked without problems. Now I get someone else’s immunization records. I tried to reach out to Customer Service but have not heard back. I’ve tried editing the search but still get the wrong records.
