Cheaters!! Beware!!!!
I booked a doctor consultation. Initially they said the payment didn’t went through although I got an email confirmation that the payment went successfully. After providing screenshot the customer support said they will ask the doctor to contact me. I waited for several hours and contacted customer support again asking for the status. Now they said the doctor is on leave and booked another doctor. I said okay and again waited and waited. Tired and called customer support and they now said my payment didn’t went through. I told them I shared the payment screenshot already. Again they transferred to another doctor… guess what ?? I am still waiting for the doctors call. And when I called customer support they are asking me to make the payment again. When I inquired about the earlier payment they said it didn’t went through and only if I pay again they will book another appointment. Well trained cheaters !! Go for other medical apps like Practo. Don’t go with these folks…
