A doctor was meant to ring back within one hour it’s been several hours and no one has contacted me.
Anyone else noticed that there are no developer responses to these reviews?
What is the point of offering this service if one cannot get an appointment on the day. Ridiculous!
App is asking for an access code but doesn’t explain what it is or how to get it, so cannot progress through the steps to create an account.
Tried setting up several times over several days but the access codes aren’t being sent or received.
Battled for ages but couldn’t reset my password… despite following their guidelines… terrible for a medical app! I guess proof is only any good when you attempt to use it but this first impression is terrible
Useless app. Registered profile, received confirmation but app rejects login.
Can’t even register. I had a confirming email then another saying this account already exist. Try logging back in and I get internal server error again. Useless!
We are on holiday in Italy and had a medical concern. We used the app to book a video appointment. We were able to get an appointment the same day, within a few hours. We logged in and had a brilliant doctor (Diana) who used video chat to support us. The doctor was incredibly knowledgeable and resolved our concerns. Couldn’t recommend enough.
