I really like the game but it has frozen and I can only play the side adventures.

The game is really fun. However there is a glitch in the quiz puzzles once you reach a certain point they stop loading and the game gets stuck. You can continue Please fix the game until you reach a point when only the option to play are only quizzes then you can not continue. So sad that you don’t get any response when you reach to their support email.

Game just stopped working after a certain level, despite uninstalling/reinstalling, restarting, etc. It was quite disappointing because I did enjoy it. I noticed multiple other reviewers had this issue so there appears to be a problem with the game.

I had been playing this game for weeks when it stopped working.it hangs and will not launch the game. I contacted the developer and they asked for more information (screen shots, more details…), they followed up by asking if I was happy with their service. They hadn’t done a thing. I sent them a follow up request (with the requested screen shots and descriptions) and their response was again asking if I was happy with their service. I told them I’d be happier if they actually DID something. Their response was a lame…we hope to have that fixed in an upcoming update. I have a MacBook Pro, M1 so it’s not an older system… Update: it has been months, and the game doesn’t play. If you do play the game enjoy it while you can cause it will hang and stop working eventually

Can’t progress. The game freezes. Since the game does not have game levels, I can’t say which level I’m on. But it seems the developer may have abandoned the game since it hasn’t been updated in a year. I have no choice but to delete it.

HERE WE ARE AGAIN- How many people have to report this flaw in this game before y’all fix it?! ANOTHER EDIT- Daring the developers to actually respond without a copy and paste answer. Do you have any intentions whatsoever to fix this or should we just give up at this point? EDITING to ask- when are y’all going to fix this game??? Come on, y’all! It’s in Apple Arcade. Fix it! I am so bummed about this game. I LOVED IT. I loved the different games within the game and I loved seeing what would happen next. I love that I could set this up to not have a timer component. It was honestly really relaxing and good for my brain! I liked to play this game every night. It was all good until it just stopped working. It’s exactly what everyone else has said. I’m trying play a trivia game, and it just will not progress past about 25 or 30% on the loading bar. I restart the game, hope that it will continue on and actually work, but it never does. I’ve tried deleting the game and reinstalling it like everyone else. I’ve reached out to support, which was absolutely a huge waste of time. They’re just using a repeated copy and paste response of “we’re looking into it.” I will just wait until they finally release some sort of a patch to fix this problem. I know they know that this is a problem because multiple people have reported it. I’m trying to find another game like this within the Apple Arcade, but unfortunately, there are no other hidden object games. it’s incredibly frustrating because what was once something I enjoyed and actually helped me distress is truly causing me nothing but stress at this point. I really hope they get it figured out soon. If they do, I’ll come back and update my review!

The game is a little repetitive but great otherwise. When I reached New York, the first few transformations went well. One level, with the multiple choice mini-game would freeze every time I tried it. I cannot skip it, since my entire base row is all the multiple choice mini-game. Any help? Thanks, Gary

The hidden items are repetitive and in the same locations and there are only a handful of scenes.

Won’t let me get past a certain level . Won’t load !! Tried connecting people and got no answer.. ugh

Played it a lot. I enjoy it. But the biggest reason. I can’t give 5 stars is the mini games of face of Boe won’t load. It get late to 30% and hangs. I have to force close and try many times over and over doing the same process and 1 out 15 to 20 times it may start working. No other issues than that!
