Utile mais quelques défauts
L’application est d’une grande utilité mais manque d’explications afin de bien onboard les utilisateurs. À retravailler si vous voulez un succès à long terme.
Facturé pour une demande de rendez-vous
La transaction n’a pas fonctionnée (erreur du système) et ma carte de crédit a quand même été facturée. Vous êtes mieux avec Bonjour Santé.

It’s a Phoney! A BIG FAT PHONEY!!
Would leave a zero star rating if I could. Within the first sentence it says “give you access to the WAIT TIMES and occupancy rates of emergency rooms in Canada…”. So, I download it JUST FOR THAT. Open the app, register, and even PURCHASE the year subscription to gain access to see the wait times, and what do I get when I click on the Ottawa General Hospital? An area that’s titled “Wait times & Trends” and a big fat NOTHING, NAD, NIL under it. I click on the Civic Campus, same dang thing. I say f*€£ it and click on one of the Hull hospitals, and wouldn’t you know it, still a BIG FAT NOTHING!! This app is crap don’t waste your money

This app is completely useless & honestly a scam unless you live in Quebec. Doesn’t show wait times for a single hospital in Ontario. Don’t waste your money, this app is garbage.

J’ai fait une demande, l’app m’a dit qu’à 16h ils cherchaient un rendez-vous pour moi. À 16h08 j’avais une confirmation comme quoi j’avais un rendez-vous dans une clinique à moins de 2 kms de chez moi le lendemain matin. Tellement mieux que Bonjour Santé honnêtement.
Satisfaite
J’ai eu accès à un médecin le lendemain de ma demande, temps d’attente de 2h30 rendue à la clinique mais beaucoup plus court que si j’étais allée à l’urgence. Recu un excellent service de la part du médecin et de plus la clinique n’était pas loin de chez-moi.
