It works very well. Easy to use!
Good easy to use app on my iPhone. However, disappointed to see that the latest Sony a7 iv model is not available… and I already paid the extra $1.99 for the Sony cameras. To note, the Sony a7 iv started selling in October 2021, so it’s been almost a year!!! Hope you can add this model soon! Please!
Hello app makers! This app has two main issues: 1. Too much data sharing. I value privacy a lot, and there's no reason an app should be entitled to my data. What I do on my phone is 100% my business, not anyone else's. There should absolutely no background non-consensual data sharing within the app. Having it listed on the app's download page is not consent, since it's treated as "normal," and it does not ask confirmation. 2. Hundreds of out in the open purchase buttons within the app. This is just a bad user experience. Do you really think anyone wants to scroll past hundreds of purchase buttons while using an app? Not only is it cluttered, it also makes it more likely that someone would make an accidental purchase that they didn't mean to. That is the last thing a person should have to worry about in an app. When I download an app, the transaction between you and me is over. If you want money, ask for it up front. Don't hide it within the app. If you don't ask for it up front, I will never purchase anything within the app. Apologies for the strongly worded message. I have seen so much of this online, I have lost patience for it.
Technically it’s not a scam, but it’s close enough that I’m rounding up.I downloaded this, found my camera (Sony full-frame), the app said I had to pay, so now I’m rating & deleting it and using a different app. Not worth my 2 minutes.
I love the layout of this app. I wish the aperture stops could choose be in full stops or third stops. I think it’s in quarter stops, which makes no sense. I also wish the user could program in specific vocal lengths to have it snap to.
I’ve been using this app for a few months now after doing plenty of research. This does seem to be the most simple, in the most complete app for general reference of depth of field. I really can’t think of one complaint. Works great on the iPhone eight
I purchased the Nikon 7000 series camera and sensor app but it would not load. Clicking on Restore Purchases did nothing. Waiting for fix or refund.
The features and interface are decent, but you have to pay for different sensor sizes. If you shoot APS-C/crop sensor your fine, but if you shoot anything bigger FF 35mm or smaller Micro 4/3... you have to pay to make this app useful... going to delete this app as there are many other free apps that work just as well for no extra cost
I’m trying to use this app on iPad and it’s seriously flawed. In portrait mode on my iPad Pro 12.9”, I see the distance, f-stop, and focal length scrollers, but no numbers appear. It’s only because I’ve seen it on iPhone (and the Pro version on iPad) that I know what’s going on, but not in this version. After a little experimentation, I’ve discovered that the problem is that the app doesn’t support “dark mode”. If I turn off “dark mode” on my iPad, kill the app, and restart it, then I can see the numbers. It would appear that this app is using default “background” color (allowing it to appear dark), but must have hard coded black as the text color (instead of using the default “foreground” color). The end result, is black on black text when device is in dark mode, rendering the app useless. This app doesn’t quite render right when in landscape mode, either. Even though my 12.9” iPad Pro has tons of screen real-estate, the three scrollers at the bottom are rendered so small as to be useless. I’d suggest taking a look at the constraints (or frame-setting logic). This is an incredibly promising app, whose UI is so much nicer than other apps out there. But these sorts of issues make it really a pain to use.
