Structuré et génial

J’utilise Dogo depuis le début de la semaine et je trouve l’app très enrichissant et structurée. Ça serait bien de pouvoir assigner un article ou un exercice à un membre de la famille même lorsqu’il est terminé pour lui permettre de la mettre en pratique quand même. J’espère avoir bientôt une meilleure gestion des notifications, car je trouve qu’il y a en trop et je voudrais en désactiver certaines. Je fais l’essai gratuit et je pense acheter l’abonnement à vie.

Free Trial button charged me the year $

Downloaded the app, clicked on “Continue for free” button and it charged me for the year. How do I contact someone to reverse this?

This app has been an integral part of my journey with my puppy Mica. Being able to track, train, and grow with my pup has been made a lot more enjoyable and fun with this app. I’d like to give a shoutout to Dogo trainer Jeny who has been amazing for us! Jeny has evaluated Mica’s training videos and have been giving us a more personalized and modified version of the exercises through the comments and feedback. Thank you so much Jeny!! This is one of the perks that I am most thankful for on this app. For those thinking about subscribing, I definitely highly recommend this app.

Dark Mode

A dark mode would be super appreciated, especially for those middle of the night puppy potty breaks! The light! It is so bright!

Great

I loved the app for the first year with my dog, as there is everything you need to get started with training. The training programs are well made. However, once you completed everything you wanted to teach your dog, you’re done with the app as they are not adding new exercises or training program. Therefore, I don’t see the point of keeping a subscription for more than a year. This app is really made for puppies or when you have juste adopted a dog. I wish they would add new things to teach every once in a while.

Not Free Even with “Basic”

I used the potty tracker for one whole day, only to wake up and log a new potty break and unable to do so without signing up for a premium subscription for 99.99/year. Literal insanity?!

It’s decent could be better, wish we could do more without actually purchasing anything but hey i guess that’s every app these days

Search engines/inputting info areas don’t work

We are really loving this app so far however where there are areas requiring you to input information there is no way to bring up a keyboard. For instance for my dogs weight I had to copy and paste the number 8 into the weight category. Or when trying to search for particular information again, I cannot directly write into the search engine so I have to write the words in a text for example, and then copy paste it in. For reference I have an IPhone 14 Pro so I’m surprised to see this happening. Probably just a simple fix for Dogo (let’s hope they read this review).
