Dogtopia

I never usually leave reviews but after seeing negative 1 star reviews I felt like I needed to. The app is extremely easy to use and I love that I am able to quickly request multiple daycare days at the same time. I am also able to book spa appointments/boarding visits on the app. It is very user friendly and simple to use.

Freezes, often times loads with no info or camera unless I restart my phone. Also needs to offer the ability to edit days and times in the app. Love the facility and staff but the current app version seems outdated.

We send our Golden Retriever Phoebe to Uptown Phoenix and are beyond happy with the staff and facilities. Strongly recommend this location and this staff looking for someone to love their pooch while they have to be away at work or other.

I love the camera idea. That’s it. A great idea, they are always frozen. We usually check the cameras before we bring her. If the cameras are not working or stay frozen we keep her home. Like to see dogs and the most important, who is we working. We really like Dogtopia but this rating is about the app.

As soon as I load the app, it gives me a Orange screen. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall to the latest version with no luck

Dogtopia is fine, but their app is really terrible. It’s buggy and crashes all the time.

Love when developers try to improve their apps and then break them. Currently the app is worthless!

I’ve gotten stuck on the orange screen multiple times so there have been several instances where I couldn’t request appointments.

This app is very glitchy and after the recent update pushed on Feb 8th all I see is an orange screen.
