How come an ACH takes 6 business days to arrive!? 1st time I used the app was so fast. They changed the bank and now it will probably take 10 days to see the money. I’m not using them anymore. I will probably try to find another fast service. And I would be a great user but this timeframe is ridiculous.

My initial experience was good, especially the ease of sending and receiving money. Then DolarApp changed their banking partner and I wasted hours of my time trying to get my account functioning. During this transition, I could not transfer money for a week, tying up a few thousand dollars. What became clear was that DolarApp had not planned well for this change, since their new partner can’t provide services to residents of all 50 U.S. states. It is also clear that I can no longer trust them with my money.

This app doesn’t affect you a real customer service, only messages that they read whenever they want to Duplicated charges for months, they doesn’t resolve them I did froze my card and still receiving ghost charges to my account Be very careful putting money on this app No number to call

Después de un tiempo no me dejó recargar mi cuenta desde PSE. Por lo cual se vuelve obsoleto y no funcionan las soluciones que da soporte que afirman que esperando 120 minutos se soluciona el problema y no , aún permanece obsoleto

Súper, aunque no funciona en todos los comercios

Used it for a year. Find support terrible, only text or email with standard responses. If there is an issue, there is no management to deal with and supporters quit answering text or email. They are not regulated by any entity, at this point my money is locked and I have to find some way of getting it back. Very shady.

Trate de transferir de una cuenta de usa a la app. Pero la dirección que swift suministran nunca la reconoció el banco porque aparentemente no existe. En support se limitaron a decir que era culpa del banco, y no hubo mayor interés de ayuda. De resto la app corre bien, buen diseño, las tasas parecen buenas.
