Photos downloaded in a flash everything was clean and perfect!

First of all, I have no idea what these other reviews are referring to. It was for sure not the same resort or experience, the dolphins were beyond taken care of and healthy. The pool smelled wonderful. It was filled with sea salt. They stress the importance of how they take care of their animals, and take care of their Ocean which I can for sure get behind, the app was VERY easy to use extremely straightforward and extremely quick to download people seem to forget it depends on their Internet mine download 30 pictures within 30 seconds!!!! 100/10 experience I would go again in the blink of an eye , I LOVE YOU DRACO AND KATALI 🐬❤️ thank you for breathtaking once in a lifetime memories💖💖💖✨✨

Don’t leave the gift shop. Wifi disconnected and you need to redownload it all.

The price is a lot and the pictures came a little bit late

If you want to swim in a cesspool, I suggest find a sewage treatment plant, it smells better. Keeping any animal in that surrounding is a disgrace. As far as this app, good luck. I’ve been waiting for the pictures for almost a week and it still informs me the request has been sent. It’s just a big fat scam from beginning to end by a bunch of rude obnoxious greedy thieves. The entire Cayman Islands is like that. Save your money and do it right.

Be careful when dealing with the desk staff regarding prices. They don’t tell the truth regarding the prices and charge you more. The manager does not care and has no customer service skills. They ruined a great time. We are not the only ones reporting issues like this.

Instructions was little bit confusing but after downloading the app everything works as planned. I got my precious pictures and that’s what matters!

I still haven’t been able to access any of my photos! The app just constantly says unable to communicate or something like that. Try later. 3 days later, nothing. Over $300 for photos and I can’t see a one! No email link either👎🏻👎🏻

Their system for cards was down. Provided me with a receipt to email back and option was PC or this app to download pictures. Sent the email, paid, and received a code. All the pictures were there and downloaded with no issues. Yes it was pricy (230 USD for a family of 4 ) but it was also (in my case) about 90 pictures. Easy to work with and memories we will always have.

Trying to download the pictures I spent A LOT of money on. Keeps saying “communication error” and nothing happens. When I tried using the email address I was given from dolphin memories, it says “address not found.” I wasted more than one dollars AND I am deeply upset to not receive the photos from our memories and time with the dolphins.
