HOW TO GET STARTED
- Download the app and create an account. We’ll take you to our website to do this. You can also start a trial.
- Take Doodle for a spin: Hit the create button (the + button) in the top right to create your first invite or booking page.
- Add the times or availability and details. Create then send the link to your participants.
- Is it a group poll? Make sure to close the poll after everyone has responded and we’ll email them all the details.
- Automatic calendar syncing: Avoid double bookings and keep your invites and booking pages always current.

App is Not working
Confirmation mails are sent to the wrong address. No confirmations are sent to the organiser and appointments are not added to the calendar. Wrong names are noted in the overview! The entire 1:1 scheduling became a nightmare. Doing now everything manually Send these questions to the support team, got an answer that they are aware of this problem. Why do you charge money if you application is not working and you actually know about it? It is called spam in this case. I would appreciate if you give me my money back.
Additional: people from the same device can only book one appointment. They can not book more than one 1:1 with me using the same link, message says you already booked it.
Dramatic
When switching between Doodle and Calendar, previous options are reset, as is the sort order. Very annoying. UI has definitely changed for the worse over the last year.
Great app
It’s a great app! But the current version gives customers uneasy experience. It’s really annoying that advertisement put in between the scheduled date choices !!!
It was good, but it’s becoming bad now! I couldn’t even freely create a group pool like before!!!
What happened??
What happened to the app? It completely changed and the option to send polls is completely gone. It was so useful, but now it isn’t anymore for me…
Everything changed and now it sucks
It was a great app for me and my customers to arrange meetings. But the app changed and is useless now. Such a pity.

Ik stuur per maand een link door naar mijn klanten op de tijdstippen dat het mij uitkomt dat zij langs komen en ze kunnen zo een afspraak inplannen. Ik druk dan gewoon 1 persoon tegelijk en anoniem zodat mijn klanten niet van elkaar zien wie wanneer gaat.
Zeer positief
Ik ben erg tevreden met deze app. Erg overzichtelijk en makkelijk in gebruik. Maakt een uitje regelen weer leuk.
