App is Not working
Confirmation mails are sent to the wrong address. No confirmations are sent to the organiser and appointments are not added to the calendar. Wrong names are noted in the overview! The entire 1:1 scheduling became a nightmare. Doing now everything manually Send these questions to the support team, got an answer that they are aware of this problem. Why do you charge money if you application is not working and you actually know about it? It is called spam in this case. I would appreciate if you give me my money back. Additional: people from the same device can only book one appointment. They can not book more than one 1:1 with me using the same link, message says you already booked it.
