Is DoorLoop free?
Yes, DoorLoop is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is DoorLoop legit?
⚠️ The DoorLoop app has poor ratings and negative feedback. Users seem unsatisfied with its performance or features.
After six months of using the app the company have not been able to figure out and train us how to write a normal pre printed security check, so we still use Quicks to pay vendors and do our accounting as double work.
Our tenants has constantly issues with correct statements and making payments and logging in.
As well as I also have issues to log in, since the app constantly kicks me out and won’t let us log in.
It has been a nightmare for us. After six months our training is still not complete, and when we want to get training in the middle of training they run out of time so that is a hassle also. But at this point we don’t have a chance to stay with them until we use our one year prepaid.

Not Fully Functional
Push notifications have not worked for Androids for months. I was told there would be an update in early October. There has been no updates to the app in a year and it shows. Constantly logged out, anyone with an android doesn’t get notifications so they won’t use the app. My maintenance team needs me to contact them every time there is a request because they don’t get notifications. The IT customer service is horrible. They have no idea what’s going on or how to fix things. You really need to fix your app because it’s not worth the monthly fee.
Not even functional!
I literally can’t even see what the app is like because when I try to put in my email address and password, it glitches. Nothing will load. I’ve honestly never seen an app so bad and useless. Whoever the developer is really needs to do better!

Log in issues
So I’m trying to log in to pay rent and tie stated it don’t recognize my email 😕😕 also the fee to used your debit card is just ridiculous. Get this together !
Garbage
My rat of a land lord makes me pay my rent through this trash app so now on top of rent there’s a 20 dollar fee thanks to the greedy rat running this app. I pray that they be given cancer. All parties involved deserve to rot.
Don’t use if you have a VPN
Had to get this app for rent so I could pay online (not negotiable btw). And while originally I thought it was going to be easy to just fill in my info and pay, the app completely breaks if any form of a VPN is on. This app is garbage and should be thrown in with the rest of non working apps that every business owner seems to use.
If you have the option, don’t use this miserable excuse for a app. It breaks and crashes often and will freeze at the worst times specifically right after you put your information in. A horrible experience and I hope however made this gets kicked in the teeth as hard as possible.
