Normally seamless process. Now it appears several features are stuck and one of the signers have completed signing and several minutes after other signers cannot sign because it states it is still being signed by: then I cannot pull it back or resend to the last signers
We need a global searchable database. You can make it in Notion if need be. It is a nightmare to find documents unless you are in the right spot. We need to be able to find documents the way you can find things on Google. Thank you.
It is embarrassing using this platform when it cannot do simple tasks. I do not like it. Docusign was way better.
Looking for a frustrating e-sign service…. well here ya go! Not only is the computer based model full of glitches…. the mobile version simply lacks abilities vital to proper operation. Since my company pays for it, I use it, but often find myself willing to pay for an alternative e-sign company just to work through the glitches and poor operational standards of DotLoop.
I have used DotLoop for years. This is a fairly new problem but the app is logging me out constantly now. Please either offer FaceID to log in (and save user name!!!) or correct whatever it is that is logging us out all the time. I use this app on my phone for convenience and it’s really inconvenient when it’s easier to log in from my desktop to quickly check if someone has signed a document.
I used this app without major issues for years, but since the merger with ShowingTime it has become *painful*. It’s painful on a desktop, but the app is even worse. The login process is cumbersome. It doesn’t matter if you select “remember this device for 30 days”, you are getting another 2FA text. If you try to “go back”, you end up back at the login screen to start the process over again. I *just managed* to somehow get the mobile screen back after dealing with the desktop screen showing on my phone for days. No idea how, but at least I can see it now. Unless you leave the app running in the background, guess what? You are logging in AGAIN. Agents work outside the office! We rely on our phones and apps!! I will never understand why companies take a WORKING app and just jack everything up for their users. It’s clear that Zillow either doesn’t understand the daily processes of real estate agents, or they don’t care.
What is the point if this app if i cannot edit the documents I need to send…
“Notes” can’t be read because they are covered by the keyboard in IOS with iPhone 14. Grr
Having trouble with archive. First time had a problem. Two days ago, I was on 101 people waiting for someone to help. Today I was 61. Problem not solved either time
