This is difficult and too many bugs and not completely helpful app. Government should help nhs not who are making apps.

I’ve been trying to complete my registration with little to no progress. It signed me out while trying to register, says password is incorrect and upon trying to reset password, I get an ‘operation can’t be completed’ error. I’ve emailed the support team and gotten no response now. Trying to contact their phone line is also impossible. After 3 instances of 1h+ wait times on their support line and not being able to reach anyone, it’s so frustrating that they’ve established themselves as reliable and an intermediary to getting GP appointments while simultaneously making it impossible to contact them

I can’t book appointment.

When we call the GP, they say use this app for appointment. But there is no option to book appointment or I can’t find the option to book appointments.

Supposedly you can do online consultations through the app-been using it on/off since 2022 haven’t once been able to do an online consultation other than submit my weight and height. Supposedly you can book appointments through the app-you got more chance of England winning the euros and bringing ‘home’ a cup that’s never been here thus not quite ‘coming home’ but I digress into useless information-a little bit like this app.

I find it book impossible to book an appointment using the app; it is totally unintuitive. The option for appointment is not readily evident, so thoroughly frustrating. Not a fan; it also takes hours of waiting on the phone to get through. Better options would be highly welcomed.

Only really useful as an email exchange on a limited range of topics. Medical records don’t synch up properly and when you try to access results they aren’t there. Tried to give feedback on the app and that wasn’t working either!! Completely ineffective as a GP alternative; feels as though they just gave up on the app.
