Very quick and easy system, thanks.
Very clunky and needing serious work.
I’m blown away by how easy this is to use!!! Fantastic!
Dr. IQ is an easy way to access my GP service and saves phoning or emailing. Very user friendly!
As with most apps, they are only as good as the follow up and request. Dr IQ can be difficult to navigate until you think like a programmer. I usually get to do what I want after going backwards and forwards, then it’s up to the guys next day (fingers x’d).
I have l
The app allows you to give you for your information about your symptoms and treatment et cetera and ask questions. You can only register enquiry call Christian women on the self so if there’s no one to do that particular thing on that day like over the weekend, you can’t even a question appointment for the following days. But if there’s nobody there at the surgery to answer the question about skin problems or back problems whatever on that day it’s fairly useless. The language is simple easy to understand. But it could do with more options to give more nuanced answers more than just yes / no.
This was an absolute nightmare to get up and running, over an hour, I know my way around a computer or tablet, yet I encountered huddle after huddle. I called customer service who sent an email on how to enter my address manually, as of writing this review I still haven’t got that email, they wasn’t able to do this for me while I was on the phone to them, I worked it out myself, where I had to re register to be told that I was already registered. What ? ? (Being polite here.) I was asked to put in my repeat mediation, some of this I had to do manually as doses wasn’t on the drop down list. I thought that I was just putting my mediation in so that when I needed my repeats all I had to do was tick the boxes but no it ordered my medication so now I have one item I don’t need. I really hope that I don’t have to do this every month. My GP’s website has been down for 4 days now and when I called my Practice I was told to down load this app. This isn’t good for people who can’t assess the web, let alone put all their details in. I’m hoping that now it’s all set up I won’t have anymore huddles. (Fingers crossed.) This is the way the world is going where everything is done online, and that’s ok with me, all I say is that the software is up and running before asking the public to it and when it has a problem listening to us so that they can rectify it.
The app would send you notifications which is fine but when you open the app you cannot access the notifications and would say the GP is not excepting appointments. But im just trying to see my profile or prescriptions.
Always overloaded. Half the facilities don’t work or aren’t available. Can’t see anything useful in my med records. Bring back real health care
