Some good stuff on the app but it’s never updated with anything new. Forks Over Knives app is much better in this respect. A bit more effort here would be great.....

Great application really, so convenient and creative recipes!

Great app, really excited to use it. Could really do with recipe photos as many people are visual with food. Would really like measurements in grams, kilos and liquid in litres etc for Europeans if possible.

Really enjoying the app! Would like to ask for a feature that allows me to make notes on recipes. I like to tweak them & am having to use a notebook

This app is fantastic. All compliant healthy recipes at my finger tips all day long. I like to browse through and search for ideas for new dishes to try out during idle time. I can build a list and use that for shopping. Without this app, staying compliant on a whole food plant based oil-free life style would be way more challenging. Also it is nice to know that I don’t need to observe caution in these recipes like I do with forks over knives and other vegan websites. If it is in this App, I can Enjoy it and I do!

Overall, the recipes in this app are great, but there are 2 things that would put it off the charts: (1) Allow editing, such as ingredient quantities and the addition of photos (WAY too few included). (2) Adding a scaling feature. Many of the recipes only feed two people, maybe three.

I downloaded this a month ago and have made over a dozen of these recipes- all of them simple and DELICIOUS! I can’t rave enough- it is so fun and exciting making and truly enjoying these healthy options. And all in one place!

I love the way the McDougall’s hearts are generous and am deeply grateful for their sacrifices and untiring efforts to change the culture toward “life”, through their teaching. This practical resource is a BLESSING!

This is not just some random collection of recipes. These all seem to be thoroughly tested and adjusted. And they are all DELICIOUS! Even my spouse (who still eats some meat and dairy) doesn’t miss the oil, meat, or dairy when I make these dishes. Highly recommended for anyone that wants to try a plant based diet.
