Dragon Taxis

I think you’re a bit slow. Having to verify my bank details every time I order a cab is frustrating.

Every single time I’ve booked a taxi with this app I’ve been left waiting more than 30-45 minutes for a taxi. Even if I book in advance, there’s never a taxi available. If I walk to the dragon taxi office in town, there’s always taxis available. Final time I’m deleting this useless app. I’ll take my chances with another taxi company.

Couldn’t find a worse service if you tried. The drivers are all self employed and there is zero control from the company = dangerous and threatening drivers. Used on a couple occasions and have never felt so unsafe in a taxi despite being 4 women in the car. Was threatened to pay in cash despite told it was ok to pay by card before getting in. Earlier I was phoned by driver demanding to know how much had been paid (when booked in advance) and he hung up when he realised he’d phoned the customer not dispatch! Same driver drove so dangerously around roads two passengers threw up and we all thought we’d seen the end of our days. Avoid at all costs, not worth gambling with your life.

I use Dragon in preference to Uber most of the time but two areas need improving: 1. Adding a tip. I think taxi drivers should be tipped if they provide good service, but the app makes this really difficult. I need a button in the completed trips summary that allows me to add a tip whenever I want to. The current approach via a downloaded link doesn’t work most of the time and so the driver looses out. 2. If no car is available for a pre-booked time, I want to see this immediately and get an estimate of pickup time. Uber does this well. The Dragon app is hopeless at it.

Ordered a taxi two hours before pickup and they didn’t have a car ready. Had to call and deal with the automated system which did recognise my address!!!!!?????!!!! I spoke to a human to book the taxi and it arrived. Technology is great when it works, but sometimes the old way is the best.

Dont use app. Every time you book with the app they charge u more than the price if fair. Scammers

I booked a taxi that cost me £7.20 I paid with Apple Pay and I had to pay £8.50 so I am guessing that Dragon Taxi doesn't have an Apple Account and they are ripping customers off with an Apple Pay Admin Free. I won't use them again it's a rip off there can't even be an explanation as to why they are charging you extra songs am assuming the extra cost is an admin fee for using Apple Pay which in my opinion as a customer is dishonest and a rip-off.

App works very well, booked well in advance, Apple Pay etc but pointless when company doesn’t give job until the morning and driver is then 15 minutes late. May as well just use Uber.
