Great game but I’m facing some problems

I already play this game for quite a while but after changing my Apple ID for a few times I now can’t open the game I can get in the loading screen but it will turn back immediately

玩到十几级的时候游戏资料无故丢失，联系客服一点反应都没有，付费的订阅苹果还不给退款，太垃圾了

Bugs in thawfest emporium

I’m a fan of this game and has been playing it for nearly a year now. I’ve seen the game is improving by having the bugs fixed. However, there’s another problem recently. The seasonal items in my thawfest emporium failed to renew themselves for 2 seasons already and all the items have been out of stock. I’m really frustrated. I hope this can be fixed as soon as possible.

Toooooo Hard

$$$almost everything in this game is too hard to get and you have to pay to get it😩😡

The alpha battle always lost record

Everything good except the alpha battle. It always lost attack record. I lost twice attack record tonight, total result lost around 200k. Not the first time like this, please follow.

This game is so good it’s like a dream

Restarted my game and now can’t restart

I played this game everyday but suddenly they asked for me to log in again and I lost my data when I tried to restart it, I had to play the starting games where they teach u how to play but the game doesn’t react when I swipe on it, i restarted my phone many times but the game still doesn’t react

Unable to login

Since yesterday, I could not login the app/games no matter what devices I used, eg iPhone or iPad. Once I click the app, then it just shows a second and then pop out.

Too sensitive

One day I was defeated and I am trying to get out of the battle but suddenly I spend 100 runes to continue I would like u to give me back the runes pls. Account:(ILOVEASTRID) .( but actually a good game):)

Not able to load game

I am a daily player and he’d been very supportive to this game by frequently purchase. Since few days back, I was not able to access the game smoothly. Game kept shutting off abruptly during play and today was not able to load game totally. Totally! What can you do for this? I have lost a lot of game energy during game shut off and after loading back it’s gone! Why can’t you all make this game stable to play? I really enjoyed the nice graphic of this game but if it continues to be this unstable, you are leaving me no choice but to delete game. Fix it!
