What happens? Every week there was “some issue”. The 2. week of July, the app didn’t even work. After 5-7 days it was nearly ok. Then NOW, until tonight it was ok too, but (not surprised) the app didn’t work again in the afternoon. Finally a few minutes before can signed in. BUT I lost my result, a lot of them (what I reached in the last 1-2 weeks). Why? Please make the game ok, because this is so annoying.
Nincs bajom vele kifejezetten szeretem ezt a játékot de többször is van olyan hogy napokon keresztül nem enged be a játék . Most is ugyan ez van tegnap reggel felengedett egyszer de utánna nem ! Azóta probálkozok fellépni ! Kérem hogy oldják meg ezt a problémát! Köszönöm .

The game won't load. It says "loading", but does nothing.

Downlodad the game again - exactly the same issues after a year or so. What the hell are u guys spending all those money? Its a joke. Could be one of the best games. This was my fav game - until few weeks ago. Lot of bugs nowadays, frozen bottles that are ciunted as lost games. Same answer all the time (check my connection, close all other apps, etc - yeah, I’m doing everything as suggested, still...) Beneficial developments taken back (e.g. chest rewards upgraded, then downgraded as part of new update - hm...?). Issues handled much slower than previously, and however back in time you could just look into your logs to find the root cause, now we need to send print screens. Another few days waiting for getting back to us... (btw attaching print screen does not work ios in the chat box. Another days of waiting to get the ticket reference to send an e-mail..) So please, be there for the users - it is supposed be a great game, not something that makes players angry all the time.
I have so much accounts on this game I can’t even count. You can get new dragons much more quiker. Love the game, absolutaly fantastic.❤️💕
After loading the game, if i touch anything, it crashes and closes immediately...
Az a baj, hogy szinte folyton ugyanazokat a sárkányokat kapom.
I am played almost every day, but I am realized that when our team defeat an alpha we always got some bad 3star dragon. So now we can’t get any rare 4star dragon, just when we pay some money. It’s a really annoying thing, I don’t want to play anymore...sorry. :(
