Over a year of users complaining about the no internet issue and they still haven’t fixed it. Absolutely horrible customer service, paid good menu for a device which you can’t use half of its features for. Absolute GARBAGE.

App doesn’t load anything. Half the fun is seeing other people’s times and you can’t even do that.

Does exactly what is needed and nothing less

Product itself is good and reliable. But as soon as you try to interact with the leaderboard and other festures things get wonky, dont load images or just doesnt work at all.

Need to update user friendly-ness of leaderboards and make it easier/ actually implement the ability to interact/ find people - when you finally figure out the horrible filtering built into the leaderboard and find other users, their users performance reports do not load at all, only can see 1/4 times/ 0-60 metrics, no information regarding mods to other users vehicles like you would be able to see on your own. Seeing as how this is a paid products app you’d think they actually put some effort into UI….

Still cannot connet with dragy ( no connection internet ) but my connection is 100 working 🤷🏻‍♂️

This app is so pathetic.

The app is very very slow and takes a long time for anything to load, will go from facebook to instagram no problem, try and open dragy leaderboards with 0 luck and 2-3 minute wait times to load anything

The app has worked without flaw and always connects to my dragy with no problem, the leaderboards are also nice to see how I hold up against other cars/drivers

Terrible application as well as careless developers, not to mention over priced for such an absolute piece of garbage quality product. As of recent, this app will not connect or let you EVEN log in to see the leaderboard stats which is absolutely ridiculous because the dragy servers have been down and unresponsive for god knows how long. I bought dragy about a year or two ago where it was “somewhat” functional yet even I had issues with a lot of its minimal features. However, now nothing seems to work AT ALL, unable to login, unable to connect my dragy device after SEVERAL attempts, and unable to view a simple leaderboard which should not even require a log-in. In all honesty, this is a disgrace of an app not to mention the developers who are being PAID to uphold a professional level of frequent social maintenance. And if I were to be able to get my money back for the amount I spent on this product, I would do anything to get back that hard earned 200$ WARNING!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!
