You may cancel a subscription or free-trial anytime via the subscription setting through your iTunes account. This must be done 24 hours before the end of the free trial or subscription period to avoid being charged. The subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a Draw Kids Unlimited subscription.

本抱着不对您造成其他负面影响发送了邮件，万万没想到，点开评论区这么多的受害者，并且还冠冕堂皇地玩文字游戏，明明就是提前退费，还说什么明确写了一天之前取消续费，否则就会被扣费？那你七天免费试用怎么不写成六天免费试用呢？ 不懂苹果官方怎么会允许这样的产品上架，并允许其侵犯消费者合法退费的权益？ 本人孩子一周岁，无意间同其他育儿软件，下载该软件，从下载到届时才使用3分钟，却被提前收取193元年费费用，明明可以支持回收会员身份，却以文字游戏推诿。 本着不想白嫖该软件的友好意愿，发现提前扣费的第一时间申请退款，却始终被拒绝忽视，发送邮件也始终未果。 该软件明明有其他的签约方案，却默认年费续费，其实质不过就是为了割韭菜罢了，能割多少是多少，起初并不想把你们想象地如此不堪，但纵观评论区的评论和其他消费者的评论，以及你们的回馈，真相就不得而知了。 193虽不说是多大数额的金钱，但终归是让人觉得不值得罢了，一个连试用都只体验了3分钟的软件，却被迫收费193，且后续根本没有使用的需求。 与此同时，该软件的存在不仅仅是损害了部分消费者的权益，更是一步步影响了部分iphone用户对使用app store体验服务的消费意愿，摧毁了对apple运营商城的信任与理解。
