Not able to EXPAND!!!!
It is nearly impossible to get blueprint.. hence can’t expand to continue to play.. so than that enjoyed playing until was stuck on the expansion.
Fun to play
Super engaging game. Keeps me occupied for hours. It says though there’s an update but nothing yet in App Store so I can’t play. Playing on my ipad.
Pay to win game
Nice to play for the first 12 levels. You will need to pay in order to achieve Higher levels.
Fun game but..
This game is quite entertaining and the graphics are nice especially when compared to similar hospital management games, but there appears to be a bug - I subscribed to the weekly plan and I only received 80 diamonds on the first day, days 2 and 3 went by without the advertised ‘80 daily diamonds’ appearing. Am I supposed to click someplace for it or what? Not sure if I’d continue with the subscription when it’s advertised benefit is so elusive..
Staff Equipment.
i would have given a full star rating but the staff equipment still can’t be equipped... please fix this issue

Nice game and very fun. Hope there will be more updates coming.....
Addictively fun but...
Keeps crashing on ios version during gameplay - anytime anywhere. this issue was fixed but came back after recent upgrade. (minus 3 stars) staff forever unhappy... Need more toilets, staff room, handyman How to expand last block or just a dummy display room??
Ads option always missing
The options to watch ads are always missing and I will have to delete and reinstall again whenever I wish to log in to watch the ads. Super lame. Time to delete.
Fun game
In general the game is fun. Able to earn currency to continue in the game slowly. I find some of the logic doesn’t make sense. Eg daily task says produce not submit, but it deducts my inventory which it doesn’t seem to make sense And quite a few bugs...patients not moving even there’s no queue Are you even fixing ang bugs? It’s getting more n more
