I did the game update, open the game, and MULTIPLE YEARS OF progress and hard work is all gone. I am so angry and devastated. All my facilities and coins and diamonds are gone. How can they let this happen?? Please, I urge you to fix my issue.
Was playing the game solid for a week spent quite abit of money buying diamonds. Built up quite the hospital. Didn’t play it for a day as I was in hospital myself. Go to play it and my whole game has gone.! And I’m having to start again.! Really not very happy at all.! 😡🤬
Bro I opened the app all my progress gone and I had to do the tutorial again which you get when you first start the game 1/5. Deserves a 0/5 for also not giving me my in app purchases straight away making me think I was scammed

I really like the game but I’m getting far too many connection issue messages. It’s happening at least every 5 minutes and then I have to reload the game. There’s nothing wrong with my wifi so I know that’s not where the problem is. It’s a shame, because the game otherwise, is really good.

Good game, but the difficulty curve comes too quickly at around level 12/13, making it really difficult to keep patients alive/ happy/ cured and it makes the whole experience very stressful for me and makes me give up the game.
