데이터를 제대로 불러오지못합니다.

요 근래 들어서 사용기록이 누락되고 있습니다. 양압기를 사용했음에도 사용시간이 0으로 표시되거나 현저히 적은 시간만 사용한것으로 표기됩니다. 앱을 삭제후 다시 설치해도 마찬가지입니다.

Can’t pair my phone

i can’t pair ble. i can’t enter pairing number. because the keyboard is not shown. there must be a bug.

Happy to support Korean, But need to optimized

Thanks for translate to Korean. Actually translation is not looks like natural, but it is okay. If someone use who can not read English well, it will be useful. However Application is getting slower then update. Specially when i get data from CPAP to Cellphone by Bluetooth.

What upgrade?

DreamMapper has given me 2 different notifications in the last month to upgrade. Today’s notification said there was an upcoming upgrade that I needed to do so I wouldn’t be logged out. Both times it gave what appeared to be a drop down to get upgrade . It was a dropdown to nothing. No upgrades at App Store either. ??? Other than that the app does what is designed to do. No other complaints.

No apple health

So many devices these days allow data tracking by sharing data with apple heath. This app talks about how being involved with your own therapy is a good thing. Why is it limited to their app only? I have a scale that tracks my weight but Phillips isn’t smart enough to figure it out guess. This will be a request on whatever my next CPAP is. Hopefully Phillips gets with the program by then.

Ease of use

Very ease to use, and my physician showed me how to maintain clinical settings. Love it.

Nonsense Notifications

Just got my second notice in a month to upgrade to a version of the app that isn’t in the App Store. That makes no sense. This isn’t the same notice twice. It is two notices about two different updates that aren’t in the App Store.

DreamStation 2 App review

App is slow to load, that is, porting info on the machine to phone app.

Only works with Phillips equipment

Will not take ResMed cpap serial number.

Waste of time

I have never been able to get this app to pair with my DreamStation Go — neither my original machine nor the recall replacement. One problem is that only 20 options are given for “country of residence” and I don’t live in any of them. They seem to have conflated country of usage with country in which they market their products. I am forced to enter a choice, so I pick USA because that is where I bought the machine. The set up page then rejects my phone number and other data because it doesn’t fit the parameters for USA phone numbers, etc.
