I had high hopes for this app, but it was a complete waste of time. It didn’t work at all

Superb! Really helped to give confidence of where the TV would fit best with the AR. Was a little dubious to start with, of how effective it would be, though after plumbing in the TV and bracket details, then moving to the AR view, it work fantastically. Was somewhat nervous about the height of drilling the first hole, before using the app. Though the AR was spot on. I’m not putting TV’s up very often, though would certainly recommend, and would draw me back to the Vogel’s brand again. The bracket is great too of course!

Excellent resource- clever use of camera and augmented reality to show how your particular model of tv will look on the wall. Very clear and logical steps to fix to tv then wall. Wouldnt have done nearly as good a job without...

Purchased the tv mount, which I’m happy with. Saw that it had an AR installation app and thought it was a novel idea. The app didn’t have my tv, Sony Bravia 55”, in its selection list (I didn’t think it was such an obscure tv that I wouldn’t find it there) I continued to see what else the app could do. Found out that 50% of the content (the last 2 steps of their 4 step installation guide) weren’t accessible. Large file size for the app as well. This could be a useful tool if some thought and effort went in to getting it running properly. Otherwise, it’s just a poorly functioning gimmick.
