Impossible to use
I have tried tried and tried again but whatever I do it won’t let me use my home address. EVERY time I set a destination it changes my home address to a road somewhere near me Last time I used it I had to telephone them to tell them the pickup address is wrong but it’s a clear bug in the app which makes it totally unusable Totally useless so I’ll stick to telephoning blue door or using Uber which always works

He bring my kids info Blackpool Sainsbury’s instead of st.Johns they have been late for school. Kids were very stressed about. It happened to me first time but have hope that was last. I will keep eye on this driver and next time will cancel him if I see his plate

AVOID
Order taxi twice & no one turned up.. Charged twice £10 & I am now disputing the payments with my bank.. So if you don’t want a taxi & feel like paying for it.. Use this scammy app
App doesn’t work
App said no taxi’s available so I phoned up instead and was booked right away. After reading other reviews, seems this is a regular occurrence
AVOID at all cost!
Iv had several bad experiences also had payment taken upfront and didn’t refund my money as I cancelled my taxi due to an emergency still waiting after several weeks later very disappointed and would never recommend to anyone
Unreliable App
7 times out of 10 you get an error message “Sorry Taxi service is down. Please try again later (code 1)” 👎🏽
