Lovely friendly driver !!!

Order taxi twice & no one turned up.. Charged twice £10 & I am now disputing the payments with my bank.. So if you don’t want a taxi & feel like paying for it.. Use this scammy app

App said no taxi’s available so I phoned up instead and was booked right away. After reading other reviews, seems this is a regular occurrence

Iv had several bad experiences also had payment taken upfront and didn’t refund my money as I cancelled my taxi due to an emergency still waiting after several weeks later very disappointed and would never recommend to anyone

7 times out of 10 you get an error message “Sorry Taxi service is down. Please try again later (code 1)” 👎🏽

Keeps saying plz try later So some bug issues in the app

Completely unreliable, lost me a lot of money with no attempt to redeem themselves for their mistakes, worst taxi service in Worcester- download Woober instead!

Very bad service. Taxi arrived 15 minutes later than the set time I ordered it to come for & I ordered it to come 25 minutes earlier than I needed it to come for, so I left plenty of time. Missed my train.

I live at Vines Mews unfortunately it’s keeps putting on Vines Lanes this needs update
