Managed to knock 4 weeks off my test which is a great relief after waiting so long. App has been great, regular offers of new tests 🥰

Found one date 2 days before the actual test date. Completely useless, they will take your money, and then you wait forever for a miracle to happen. But they have got your money, so no real incentive to find you a better test slot.

I have only just set it up and within 3 hours I got a February cancellation the test was booked for May, that is impressive. Amazing service. Got an email confirmation from dvsa with 2 minutes to confirm.

Don’t waste your money. Initially offered a few dates a few days before my actual test that was 6 months out. Then nothing at all for 5 months despite registering for 3 different test centres. Complete waste of money. I did actually contact support after 6 weeks of no cancellations and they confirmed account was working correctly.

Genie is a very useful app as it’s quite time consuming constantly looking for tests yourself and they’re so difficult to secure. They managed to find me a cancellation in November for an March 2025 test date. I can’t fault the customer services, when I’ve contacted them by email or through their website with a query or update they’ve responded within a couple of hours. I would definitely recommend!

Very easy to use the app. Also, staff are incredible! They quickly respond your emails and solve if there’s any issue.
