Your details are safe

Any details you add to your Yoti are encrypted into unreadable data that only you can unlock. The private encryption key to your data is stored safely on your phone – only you can activate this key and access your details using your PIN, Face ID or Touch ID.

Getting there
1. 99% of apps which utilize Touch ID and are set to open with it let’s you use it with Touch ID. Please do not remain in the 1% which didn’t understand that that’s how it works. There is no reason to select it every time you open the app.
2. There is a list of countries listed in your supported ID list, at least my country’s ID is listed and the type of it was introduced before this app was written, yet the app and customer care claims not to support it.
3. E-passport readings fails although the reader works in other apps.
4. Family records should be implemented as well, many apps already figured that 1 user can manage a family.
Apart from what is listed here the app is great.
App doesn’t work - doesn’t recognize documents
It is a pity that Pi Network choose to work with this App. It does not recognize my National ID.
What am I expected to do? Change my nationality?
It is complete rubbish.
Why should I trust this app?
Storing so much sensitive information on this app looks fishy to me
