This app used to be so good. Now they are taking your information but won’t allow you to redeem. It’s impossible to get gift cards now. They must be in financial trouble. I’ve disconnected my cards, it’s a waste of time. Don’t bother!

This app used to be great! You could play games, do surveys, collect points and redeem for gift cards. They changed their system and now it sucks. The games have disappeared on my app. I haven’t been able to redeem my points for 4 months because they always sell out. I am on the app every Thursday before the “drop” of gift cards and every week run into errors. This app isn’t worth the effort.

I have $260 in points that are all essentially trash now. Have been trying to redeem a gift card every week for over two months. There’s always an error. I literally set alarms for 12:59pm on Thursdays. App is total garbage now, used to be my favorite app. Drop Support is also useless - they send the same automated responses any time I contact them asking for help with redemptions. Don’t waste your time.

This app was great for redemptions. Now you can’t even get anything. I set a timer for their 1pm gift card drop. Ironically their app crashed and all gift cards sold out in 3 minutes. I just want to rid all my points, and then I’m going to delete this. What a waste of time. Not to mention my bank card magically disconnects and never gets any points, so what’s the point of this app really?

This app used to be amazing. They took away all the bonus ways to earn points. So it’s really hard to bank any. They also changed the redemption, making it nearly impossible to get your gift cards. I’ve been trying for over a month to redeem, and my sister has been waiting about 3 months and has well over 100,000 points to redeem. Save yourself the hassle and don’t bother!

The reward systems they have changed to is terrible and does not work properly.

Drop used to be great but after making some “updates” and agreeing to Apple’s Development rules there’s no point to this app anymore. They only provide limited amount of gift cards once a week. I pulled up the app before the stated time the gift cards are dropped and was in the loading screen for 3 minutes before the app opened and by that time the gift cards were gone. Such a promising app but not anymore.

They recently changed the redemption process for gift cards earlier this year. I am already irritated because I submitted a $200 gift card request that got put back into my points due to this change. so I’m already a little bitter about that. Now they tell me I have to go in every single week to claim a $25 gift card I have about 225K points that I’ve been trying to redeem for four months. So that’s about $225. I’ve only redeemed one gift card in eight months of trying. This app is a waste of your time, and a waste of the money that you would potentially even be saving by using this app. I suggest using ebates instead because you get the money every quarter in a check form or in an Amazon gift card for him. They do not reject any requests. I’ve never had any issues of using ebates, download that app instead! I login to the app every Thursday 10 minutes before the gift card opens. As soon as it hits 1 PM the app shuts down it says gift cards have already been claimed. How can they be claimed as it just turned opened. Either put more gift cards every week or don’t offer this service at all.

This app USED to be good. Now, I’d say don’t waste your time or your personal info. The only way to redeem your points is if you can get a $25 gift card from their weekly drop. You can only redeem ONE, and that’s only IF you can even get one before they sell out in (I’m not kidding) SECONDS. Honestly, just don’t waste your time with this app. It’s nearly impossible to get any value back. At this point, I have over 80k points that I may never be able to redeem. Save yourself!

Used to be a great app but with the new redemption rules I have points that are worthless, as in months I have never gotten a gift card. They’re gone in seconds.
