Betalinsmetode
Jeg sidder og forsøger at betale for min konto efter prøve perioden er udløbet. Men det er nærmest umuligt, for når den beder mig om at logge ind for at få adgang til min konto, så siger den at jeg allerede er logget ind. Jeg forstår ikke hvorfor den ber mig om at logge ind når jeg allerede er logget ind, det gir jo ingen mening! Og jeg er ikke logget ind på andre enheder. Det er fandme noget sjusk!

Forringer videokvaliteten
Jeg oplever at alle videoer bliver så dårlige at det desværre er ubrugelige for mig når jeg ligger dem op i dropbox. Inden er de perfekte - downloader man dem ned følger fejlen med, hvilket er katastrofalt for mine kunder. Jeg håber der kommer en løsning hurtigt, da dette har stået på rigtig længe, men jeg kan desværre ikke vente meget længere før jeg finder en anden løsning. Alt andet ved dropbox fortjener 5 stjerner, men dette er bare noget der ikke må ske :-(
Besvær med Word og Excel
Når jeg vil åbne et Word eller Excel dokument der er gemt i Dropbox på min iPad, bliver jeg bedt om at installere den respektive app - og det på trods af at jeg HAR installeret begge to og at jeg abonnerer på Microsoft 365 personal. Hvis jeg prøver at installere appene, sker der ikke noget - den står bare og snurrer (skriver det vil tage et par minutter). Kan kun tilgå mine Word og Excel dokumenter via selve Word eller Excel, men det er mere tungt end at begge slags dokumenter ligger samlet. Håber I kan hjælpe. Nina
Notifications won’t mark as read
Bug: I’ve got some notifications.. the red dot is showing on the app icon on my iPhones Home Screen. Inside the app there’s also some notifications which show a blue dot, telling that they’re “unread”. However no matter if I click on the notifications or click on the “Mark all as read” above, they keep appearing as unread. This is pretty annoying.
