They have been debiting my account 3 month after I cancelled my subscription and a as ll the support channels are useless!
Won’t let you delete your account
I have tried and tried again. Dropbox will not let you delete your account. This is honestly frustrating. Yes I followed all the prompts. All it says after signing in to delete is “Couldn’t delete account An unknown error occurred”. Every single damn time
Bad options
Not much options on cloud storage size.
Searching is impossible
Cant search Dropbox to find what I need- I just have to know where it is
Annoying
There are many features that are annoying and it is not as user friendly as other cloud storage systems. For example, I have work folders I was added to for old contracts but I can’t delete them.

I am struggling at 69, learning all the ins and outs on DB. I should visit it more frequently to keep up with changes. On my previous laptop I had DB as a folder in my File stag and I could drag and drop files there. Now I have to upload files. Easy, but something new to learn.
Unprofessional
Expect massive unannounced charges and overall greedy perception

I can’t sign in, it keeps saying ‘ Unable to Connect to Dropbox There may be a problem with your iPhone's Internet connection.’
Always keep info offline as well
They shut you account even although their databraech in 20212 compromised your password without telling you. When a hacker access your account you are delete with all you data, a nightmare to recover from that
