App is good but sadly one of those who keep a secret about what is in each updates. Takes 5 minutes to write some release notes but I guess that is too much effort if you dont care for transparency towards your customers.

Kann nicht plus Abo kündigen

Ganz mieses App!! Seit tagen versuche ich das probeabo zu kündigen, es geht einfach nicht, im appstore ist kein Abo vorhanden das man kündigen könnte und im app auf dem handy gehts auch nicht. Mir wurden nun 119.- Euro abgebucht, so eine Frechheit!!! Kundendienst meldet sich nicht, man bekommt nur eine automatische Antwort mit der Anleitung die ja nicht funktioniert!!!!!! Ich will mein Geld zurück!

Not longer trust Dropbox

I truly used Dropbox during more than 10 years. In 2023 there started to be problems. Most importantly files that I wanted to keep on my computer became available on Dropbox only. I several times tried to solve this. I had written exchanges with Dropbox admin. I no longer trust it now. I now only use Dropbox to have access to some folders from anywhere. Hi, back up my computer with external drive.

Completely Overpriced

I pay 200.- per year for my Familiy Account of 2 TB but can't share a link with a password. For this I would have to upgrade my plan. Completely useless. I will move my Family to iCloud where I get the same features I currently have for 120.- per year.

nach wie vor fehlerhaft

Falsche Devices erkannt - neuerdings sind meine iPads und iPhones plötzlich Windows-Geräte. Indiv. Namen werden nicht behalten - nach jedem Update sind meine Bezeichnungen für die Geräte wieder verschwunden 😕

They just want to sell space

The whole app is designed to sell their storage space. The free space is by far enough for me, but they want to sell subscriptions even if i have enough space!!! Not user-friendly because it's not their intention, just money is. It's the most corrupted cloud-app, once nice in it's beginnings, now has become just rotten.

2-FA Funktioniert nicht!

Neu Installiert und die 2-FA wollte schlicht weg nicht funktionieren. Die erhaltenen Codes wurden immer abgelehnt. Daher leider unbrauchbar.

Früher Gut jetzt Schlecht

Ich bin völlig entäuscht mittlerweile, Habe meinen Acc gelöscht da von gestern auf Heute nix mehr ging, konnte nichtmehr auf der App zugreifen, habe sogar einen neuen Acc erstellt und trotzdem kein Zugriff vom Mobile auf die Daten. Zudem will Dropbox immer mehr Zugriff für meine Sicherheit was nicht wahr ist!

Stürzt bei Scannen ständig ab

Eigentlich sehr tolle App. Aber die Scan-Funktion könnte noch verbessert werden. Das Programm stürzt regelmässig ab, wenn mehr als 20 Seiten am Stück gescannt werden
