التطبيق قبل اسهل واسرع

فكرة

البرنامج ممتاز و المنتجات متوفرة بس ياليت لو تطبقون نظام النقاط بخيث كل ما زاد الشراء تزيد النقاط و تصير مثل كوبونات.. و شكرا.

Easy to use

The app became a lot easier to use and more user friendly over the years. I like the product presentation 👍

البرنامج للأسف متغير للأسوأ

للأسف التحديث الجديد للبرنامج سيء و كل ما أطلب طلب و أغير لخيار آخر يطلعني من البرنامج و لما أجي أدفع أيضا يحذفني برا البرنامج و لما أرجع ألقى السلة فاضية و بعد ما سويت تحديث صار ما يدخلني البرنامج وكل ما أدخل يفصل و يتسكر البرنامج و غير هذا لاحظت بالمرات السابقة رغم اني أختار توصيل سريع الا ان الطلب يوصل متأخر

Weak App

1. Order takes around 4 hours. Today I was told it’s taking around 8 hours. 2. You cannot track your order on the app, and there isn’t even an estimate time. Once the order is placed you’re in the dark waiting for their mercy.

Stupid drivers working for a stupid app

Why do you even ask us to enter our location and address when your drivers won’t even look at them and call us to send them the location. Just remover the address part and let your drivers bother us asking for the location. This isn’t the first time. It keeps on happening the whole time and you don’t even bother. I know it’s the customer’s mistake to use the app again.

تجربتي لمرقع دروب للمواد الغذائية اشتريت من عندهم ولاكن المصداقية في العرض لم تكن موجودة من الشركة وبالتحديد عروض الماء وبعد تقديم شكوي لهم تم الرد بعد ثمانية ايام انهم مايقدرون يسوون شي للشكوي لانها تعدت فترة الارجاع علماً باني ارسلت لهم من اول يوم
