So every feature from simple notes to having documents for each patient requires a paid upgrade, so all you get here is a bait and switch
No synchronizing among multiple devices
You can not reach the data with the same account among multiple devices
Disappointing
Advertised cross device synchronization does not work User interface is not friendly And customer care does not exist
So many issues
I’ve purchased a full access subscription. However, it keeps asking me to upgrade, and I’m not getting full access. I’ve emailed with detailed information with pictures, but nothing has been fixed yet. No one picks up the phone when I call, no one replies me back for over a week when I email them. When they finally replied back and said the issue was fixed, it wasn’t fixed. I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone.
Must have app for doctors !
This app is great for all doctors. Would like to have features that support Non-profit clinics/camps and Servicing doctors.

Great App a little buggy
App quits itself every time you press "done" when you are finished typing. Othwise it's really helped me keep track of all my patients.
Good app for storing data
I don’t usually leave a review, but this app really helped us to organize and get rid of all the paper records that we have been keeping it for a long time. I was waiting for a good app for us to use it in our clinic, and I just stumbled upon this app. It’s a simple and easy way to store and retrieve appointments and medical records. A few years back, we have lost some of the medical records in a paper form which was stored in our place. So we had decided to securely store the data in electronic form, but most of the products are expensive. This one is cost effective and serves our needs.
Good app with medical records.
Clean interface. Easy to use. Very well flawless application. Great for keeping up with medical records. I liked that I can send a message to my patients through email and SMS. A good app but there is a suggestion to give search patients with more option. If you can make this, I will love this app.
